Life Time Luxury Wellness Center Comes to Buckhead Atlanta
It has been one month since the new Life Time fitness complex opened in Buckhead at the Phipps Plaza. 127,000 sq. ft luxury athletic country club that houses Atlanta’s first rooftop Beach Club. Imagine full access to a eucalyptus steam room, roof top pool & bar (w/ views of both Kennesaw Mountain and Stone Mountain), and all your personal development needs housed under one roof oozing a balanced, “Healthy Way of Life”.
I’ve been working alongside the Membership Concierge Team here at Life Time to provide the utmost quality hospitality experience and have learned a lot about Life Time Buckhead in the process. So here’s the inside scoop on this state-of-the-art fitness center…
Group Fitness Classes: With over 150 group fitness classes a week, you’ll be sure to find something to your liking spanning across barre, pilates, strength training, cycle, yoga, and more. My favorite class so far is Gluteus MAXout! I tried pilates for the first time here and felt so cute being a #pilatesgirl but it kicked my butt in the most graceful way. lol
LT Recovery: Just as important as working out is the time you spend recovering and tbh Life Time has it covered. Members have full access to Hyperice Massage Guns, hydromassage beds, NormaTec Compression Boots, dry saunas, whirlpool hot tubs, and eucalyptus steam rooms.
Life Spa: The Life Spa is your one stop shop for all your spa needs. Services included hydrofacials, full body massages, hair (including my kinky curly naturalistas!), and nails.
Fitness Floor: The 23,000 sq. ft fitness floor houses Life Time’s Certified Dynamic Personal Trainers as well as state of the art modern fitness equipment, LT chiropractic care, and squat racks for days!
Life Cafe: Organic healthy meals, pre-workout supplements, protein shakes, snacks, and the best acai bowls. The Life Cafe is one of my favorite spots. #foodie! Life Time Buckhead also has a Coffee Bar and Lounge that transitions into a full service bar. One Mimosa, please! Hold the OJ. haha.
Roof-top Beach Club: With views of Kennasaw Mountain and Stone Mountain, this roof top holds a vibe like no other. I’m so excited for spring/summer to roll around! The Life Time Beach Club has two pools, a bistro, and a full service bar.
