It’s the new year and we’re starting it out right! This year my goal is to take baby steps in the right direction. I have come to love group fitness classes and began incorporating more weight training into my workouts. I’ve also been wearing a lot more Vuori clothing pieces.

With spring in full swing it was time to finally defrost from the winter chills. Savannah, Georgia is a lovely old city rich in history, food, and southern beauty… it also looks pretty neat from a bird’s eye view, and with a drink in hand!
